All sales are final. No returns are allowed for any of the artwork/merchandise sold on this website.

If you have any questions regarding size, colors, specifications, or function, I’ll be happy to answer any of those prior to you finalizing your purchase on the site to make sure you truly understand the artwork/merchandise you’ll be receiving.

Repairs

I do offer repairs on my artwork if it’s within the realms of being fixed. If you have any glass that wasn’t made by me that you would like repaired, feel free to send me pictures and I will let you know if I am interested/capable of attempting a repair.

If you are sending in a piece of glass for repair, there is no guarantee that the repair will be successful due to the nature of the glass. Borosilicate glass may crack further when put into the flame during the repair and completely ruin the entire piece. When you send me pictures of the damage, I will be able to discuss the probability of a successful repair with you, but glass is sometimes unpredictable, and I can’t guarantee anything. It is up to you to determine if the risk is worth the repair.
