This featured Baller Jar / Marble Stand #04 is made from a Milky Purple borosilicate glass. I absolutely love this color. This was my first time using this color and I’m very pleased with the results. As you can see in the photos above there are areas in this jar that are more transparent allowing you to see your contents, as well as other areas that are more opaque and milkier. Is that a word? Yup “Milkier: resembling milk, esp in colour or cloudiness” Nailed it! Purple Milk ha : ) So depending on how hard I work the glass and which flame I use allows me to control the desired end look. I look forward to adding this to my color pallet in future project : )
